Eligibility for Returns
Non-Refundable Items

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Downloadable music or merchandise

Vinyl records that have been opened (unless they are defective)
Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
